Paul Stevens, Senior Field Operations Manager 

Paul Stevens has been employed with Robison Inc. for over twenty years. With more than thirty years hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction, Stevens has gained an outstanding reputation with our clients not only for the quality of the work produced, but also for the speed and efficiency of his schedule.  After his graduation from Wilcox Technical School, Stevens entered military service where he found his carpentry skills helpful and where his leadership abilities were honed.  After a tour of duty in Vietnam, he returned to the States and began working as a carpenter.  Since that time, he has overseen projects ranging from several thousand dollars to several million dollars.  Notable construction projects for which Stevens has been responsible include Keystone Office Building, Landmark Office Building, Westgate Office Building, Bishop Office Building, Wright-Bishop Office Building, New Haven Country Club Golf Course Facilities Offices, and Belknap Addition & Renovations, Vehicle Leasing Associates many of which are award winning projects.

Neal Robison has grown up in the construction industry serving in a variety of capacities over the years.  Neal Robison is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston with a Degree in Civil Engineering and Design.  Before coming back to Robison Inc., he worked for MMP International a construction cost consulting company in Washington, D. C. and Schickel Construction in Ithaca, NY as an estimator and project manager. Since Neal assumed his position of leadership, the company has grown steadily and substantially. Projects accomplished under his leadership include the award winning New Haven Country Club Facilities and Johnson Mansion Renovation among others.  His integrity and leadership have created a loyalty and generated repeat business with clients such as Gaylord Home & Hospital, Masonic Home & Hospital, Choate Rosemary Hall, Landmark of Wallingford, Inc. and Westgate Associates, LLC.

Mike Henrici brings to Robison Inc. and its client a wide range of expertise incorporating practical field experience with excellent management and leadership skills. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from State University of New York—Cortland, NY and was a member of the Men's Ice Hockey team. Mike has quickly become a key player on the Robison team. His construction knowledge and carpentry skills in residential and commercial applications coupled with his management skills allow him to be a leader on the job site. He works well with subcontractors, subordinates, as well as project owners to assure that projects are completed per specification, on time, and within budget. Mike has worked on a variety of town and state funded construction projects throughout Connecticut and has developed strong working relationships with private clients including: The Loomis Chaffee School, Choate Rosemary Hall, Wesleyan University, The South Church of Hartford, among others.

 

Christopher Picard, Safety Officer

Robison Inc. number one priority on every project is safety. Chris has an in depth background in safety control and management that provides Robison Inc. the capabilities to deliver every project to the highest safety standard. He is entering his 6th year with Robison Inc. and plays a pivotal role in each projects execution. Under Christopher's supervision, Robison Inc. has had zero incidents on its projects and has been compliant with every OSHA regulation. He holds his OSHA 30 card, Renovating, Repair and Painting program certification, and is a Certified Lead Renovator. By examining each construction project and creating site specific safety plans, Christopher has drastically reduced risks on every project.
